My programming is designed for maximal strength and optimal aesthetics and is the culmination of 13+ years of experience and training/studying under world-class coaches and athletes. This is a long-term, no-gimmick, no 4-week program solution for consistent success.

The programming is updated every week, you just jump in and start following along! The programming can be done in a bulk, cut or maintenance with adjustments to diet and cardio.

You can turn off automatic renewal in your iTunes account settings at any time, but you must do so at least 24 hours before the end of the current term. Refunds will not be provided for the unused portion of any term.
